Tide has turned for Brisbane's riverfront homes

But the perennial favourite riverside suburbs of West End, Tennyson, Toowong, Kenmore or St Lucia missed out. There was not a single riverside sale in these suburbs in 2017. All up, a record 39 riverfront sales took place last year valued at more than $2m apiece matching the peak result set in 2007.
